Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor staff, and deliver the KinderCare curriculum with fidelity. You will create a welcoming, safe environment and actively connect with families to support children’s development.

The role requires a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, strong customer service, and 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience. English communication is essential for engaging families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
