Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to coach and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe learning environment. You will partner with parents to support children’s growth and help the center achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

2–3 years ECE experience and a CDA credential are preferred, with state qualifications and CPR/First Aid beneficial. Position details include engaging with families and maintaining a positive, collaborative classroom culture

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CDA credential or eligibility and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with each child's needs in mind.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center success toward enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and authorities.
