KinderCare Education is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team in Bend, Oregon. You will lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff while implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You’ll partner with families, participate in center goals, and engage with licensing authorities and community partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education. This role requires strong communication and a commitment to child development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy, state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years ECE experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Fluent English communication with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents for family engagement and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community partners.

CDA credential/NAEYC candidacy

State trainer (preferred)

Early Childhood Education experience

Bachelor’s in ECE (preferred)

CPR/First Aid

English proficiency

Computer use, mobility (lift 40 lbs)
