KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in the United States to guide and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment where children can grow and learn. You will partner with families, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and development.

Strong communication, credentials, and a passion for early childhood education are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Computer use, ability to lift 40+ lbs, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to engage physically with children and maintain safety.
• English reading, writing, speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and give feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to fit each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
