KinderCare Learning Companies in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, implement our curriculum and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will collaborate with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation, while delivering exceptional early education experiences.

The role requires CDA/NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years ECE experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in ECE is preferred. CPR/First Aid, lifting 40 lbs, and English fluency are needed.

• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
