KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to inspire young learners, mentor teachers, and implement our curriculum. You’ll create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and grow while engaging with families and the community.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement. Requirements include CDA or NAECY candidacy, 2–3 years ECE, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education; CPR/First Aid certification is

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or higher and relevant certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• State qualifications as required for the role; 2–3 years ECE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that matches each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and development
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners
