Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Westminster, MD is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and uphold licensing guidelines while fostering a love of learning in young children. We’re seeking energetic, dependable candidates 18+ with experience leading a classroom and the ability to meet state education requirements.

Qualifications

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay $19.09-19.84 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
