Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for each child, support your center’s success, and maintain a Monday–Friday on-site schedule with hourly pay of $19.67–$20.44,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-$20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
