Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Germantown daycare center. You will lead the classroom, create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.42-$21.22 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
