Job summary

Learning Care Group in Lindenhurst, NY is hiring a Lead Teacher to nurture and guide preschool children through engaging lessons and thoughtful supervision. You will lead classroom activities, mentor peers, and ensure adherence to licensing standards while building strong relationships with families.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
