Job summary

The Lead Teacher at Learning Care Group, Inc. creates engaging lessons, mentors fellow teachers, and fosters a safe, nurturing classroom for preschool children.

You lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines, and build meaningful relationships with families to support each child's learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Ability to engage in indoor/outdoor activities with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $20.33-21.11 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
