Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning in our child care centers. You will mentor fellow teachers, promote growth in preschool children, and oversee curriculum and licensing compliance as a key part of our team.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated classroom leadership, the ability to meet state requirements, and are comfortable with indoor/outdoor activities with children. This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.67-20.44 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
