Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field construction projects nationwide from our Braddock area HQ. You will supervise sites, coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on every project.

Qualified candidates have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to learn, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foreman is responsible for site supervision and leadership of a PTS project.
• Act as point of contact with customer, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the job site.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety and quality on site; minimize rework and maintain schedule.
• Provide craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, tank repair and new tank construction.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and training team members.
