Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field crews on tank construction projects nationwide. The role emphasizes site supervision, safety leadership, and coordination with customers and subcontractors.

Candidates should be able to manage change orders, maintain quality, and contribute to on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be physically able.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be willing to authorize background checks and drug testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and field leadership for projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity; identify field changes and change orders.
• Provide leadership on safety and quality to the crew; prevent go-backs.
• Evaluate field employees and assist in recruiting and training.
