Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree (or 6+ with a master's, 4+ with a PhD).
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance; enhanced security screening in time.
• Experience with ICBMs, systems engineering, and DOORS.
• Direct development experience of interface products (IRS, IDD, ICD) and requirement specs.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities for systems-of-systems integration and planning.
• Coordinate between SEIT and other systems interface teams.
• Develop key system engineering artifacts and interface definitions.
• Perform analyses, trades, and risk considerations for integrated systems.
• Drive technical gap resolution to meet program objectives.
