Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (level 5) to join the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. You will contribute to the SEIT and SSI teams, ensuring design integrity across weapon system segments and leading interface resolution.

Responsibilities include planning verification activities, driving requirements analyses, and mentoring teams while coordinating with diverse groups to meet program objectives in a DoD context.

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field with extensive systems engineering experience.
• Active US DoD clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage requirements and interfaces across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support SEIT/SSI teams to ensure design compatibility and interfaces.
• Drive governance of systems engineering processes and risk reviews.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to meet program objectives.
• Coordinate with program leadership and external customers as needed.
