Job summary

MicroHealth LLC is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to support the USMEPCOM enterprise. This role manages systems/network administration, O&M, and service ownership to ensure operations meet service levels.

The position requires active Secret clearance, strong expertise in network engineering, outage response, incident management, and collaboration across distributed teams. Eligibility for government security clearances is essential.

Qualifications

• DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce quals or equivalent certifications (Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, CASP+/SecurityX).
• ITIL v4 Practice Manager or ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher).
• Minimum 3 years in IPv4/IPv6 protocol stacks.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Apply RMF-based security principles to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide engineering development, interface design analysis, and testing support.
• Configure systems/products and validate interoperability with legacy systems.
• Organize the contractor team for O&M of USMEPCOM networks.
• Lead Outage Response Team and manage all outage recovery activities.
