Nationwide IT Services, Inc. seeks a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to direct USMEPCOM enterprise operations, ensuring service levels and security compliance. You will manage outage response, continuity planning, and cross-team coordination across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• DoDM 8140.03 and Cyberspace Workforce qualifications required.
• ITIL v4 Practice Manager or better.
• 3+ years with IPv4/IPv6 in the past five years.
• Must possess a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead contractor teams performing systems/network operations and maintenance across USMEPCOM; monitor service levels and performance.
• Coordinate administration of servers, operating systems, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networks, AD, and related services.
• Lead engineering integration, interface analysis, and testing; ensure interoperability with legacy platforms.
• Apply RMF security principles; coordinate STIG implementation and vulnerability remediation.
• Direct 24/7/365 outage monitoring and incident response; coordinate with stakeholders and on-site teams.
• Document outage actions, timelines, and lessons learned; deliver reports within 5 days.
