Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief Systems Engineer/Architect Lead to guide USMEPCOM ENLIST program initiatives. You will drive modernization across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, delivering scalable, secure enterprise solutions for a large Federal IT enterprise.

You will design high-level architectures, lead multidisciplinary teams, and communicate with Government leadership to influence strategic decisions. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; five+ years of enterprise IT architecture and systems engineering experience.
• Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings to senior government personnel.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise architectures across cloud, networking, security, and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor to USMEPCOM leadership for enterprise systems engineering, architecture, and innovation.
• Design enterprise IT architectures supporting cloud, network, infrastructure, virtualization, software engineering, cybersecurity, and modernization.
• Lead enterprise systems integration across cloud, network, application, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environments.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level technical briefings and architectural strategies to senior Government leadership.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend scalable, secure solutions.
