Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Systems/Network Engineer to provide technical leadership for enterprise systems and network operations in support of the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role oversees O/M activities across the ENLIST environment, ensures security, reliability, and high availability, and directs outage response and DR planning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading enterprise IT teams, deep Windows and UNIX/Linux expertise, and strong RMF/cybersecurity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years leading enterprise IT teams.
Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux, servers, VMware ESXi, SAN.
Strong cybersecurity and RMF implementation knowledge.
Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise systems engineering and network operations across the USMEPCOM environment.
Serve as technical service owner for enterprise infrastructure and ensure availability and performance.
Direct outage response, incident management, disaster recovery, and COOP activities.
Coordinate with Government leadership, vendors, and partners on major outages.
Mentor distributed systems and network engineering teams.
