Constellation West seeks a senior Lead for enterprise systems and network administration across USMEPCOM platforms. You will direct O&M teams, ensure RMF-aligned security, and lead outage response and recovery efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, developing incident response plans, and guiding solutioning for service continuity and operational sustainment. A strong security posture and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the past 5 years with IPv4/IPv6 stacks.
• Experience leading O&M teams and outage response procedures.
• Knowledge of RMF-aligned security and DoD ICT environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee systems/network administration and RMF-aligned security.
• Direct technical planning and O&M teams across USMEPCOM networks.
• Lead Outage Response Team and coordinate third-party resolution.
• Develop and maintain outage response procedures and IR plan.
• Lead solutioning on operational sustainment and service continuity.
