Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Baltimore-based team seeks a Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer (Level 2/3) to support RF sensor system verification. You’ll lead integration efforts, coordinate multi-team test activities, and drive problem-solving across hardware and software elements in development and production environments.

This role requires DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and US citizenship, with onsite work in Baltimore, MD; 2nd shift is possible, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years with a Master’s; 1+ year with a PhD.
Experience leading lab/bench ownership, test campaigns, or requirements verification activities.
Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP prior to start; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead lab and bench ownership across SILs and benches.
Own test planning and execution, including LRIP ATP, HW DVT, and SSQT.
Define regression test campaigns for system SW OFP, FW, FESW, BSCT and related components.
Coordinate mode SIL bench operations and flight test prep; ensure test strategy aligns with schedules.
Mentor T02 engineers in test design, execution, and verification practices.
