Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Staff Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer Lead in Baltimore, MD to coordinate with Engineering leadership and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes production follow-through, test planning, and rigorous I&T execution on complex sensor/radar systems.

The selected candidate will manage risk, communicate status to stakeholders, and work onsite in Baltimore with strong collaboration across IPTs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of experience, a master’s with 12 years, or a PhD with 10 years.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Experience with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs, to include mode integration, system acceptance testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform production follow of systems through their life cycle to ensure sell-off and delivery of systems.
• Be responsible for all lab asset configurations by working across teams.
• Support all mode integration shifts and troubleshooting.
• Lead and coordinate I&T activities with cross-functional teams to meet program schedules.
• Manage Configuration and Data Management processes and I&T verification plans.
