Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of experience, master’s with 12, or PhD with 10; additional 4 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary team environment.
• Experience with EMD programs, mode integration and system acceptance testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication across diverse technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated milestone tracking and task execution aligned with schedules.
• Experience generating technical documents using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and related tools.
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Knowledge of RADAR systems and systems engineering concepts.
• On-site work ability in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Perform system acceptance testing and ensure sell-off/delivery of systems.
• Manage lab asset configurations across teams.
• Support mode integration shifts and troubleshooting across disciplines.
• Lead with program management and systems engineering practices to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Coordinate horizontal integration across engineering disciplines and IPTs.
• Oversee configuration and data management and verification planning.
• Develop and review test documentation and program/test volumes.
• Decompose requirements into test requirements and plan test programs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage risk database; travel to supplier sites.
