Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer in Baltimore, MD to lead integration & testing of RF sensor systems across hardware and software. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, with potential 2nd/3rd shift work and onsite work in Baltimore.

Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, performing I&T readiness reviews, collaborating with software/firmware/hardware teams, and delivering comprehensive test reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or higher
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP prior to start
• US citizenship required
• Experience with RF lab test equipment (signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer)
• MATLAB coding for test scripting, data analysis, and signal processing
• Experience troubleshooting HW/SW/FW integration problems
• Experience working a system bench, running acceptance test plans, and writing test reports
• Willingness to work 3rd shift
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities

• Integration, troubleshooting, and testing RF sensor systems
• Support integration environment development (Labs)
• Collaborate with software/firmware/hardware to define test cases and develop test capabilities
• Coordinate testing activities and provide status updates
• Develop and maintain system integration and test plans
