Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Utah seeks a Senior Engineer for Systems Design & Implementation to lead the deployment of public safety software, including body cameras, in-car video, and evidence management systems. You will bridge high-level system design with on-site installation for critical government and public safety clients.

This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise with wireless infrastructure, and ability to deliver in CJIS security environments, including fingerprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Engineering/IT/Public Safety/Military experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.

Responsibilities

• Implement body cameras, in-car video systems, digital evidence management systems, and real time command center software.
• Serve as technical solution owner of a project.
• Provide system as-built documentation.
• Identify interface requirements and engage design teams.
