Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 9 years with a Bachelor, 7 years with a Master, or 4 years with a PhD.
• Hands-on experience with precision assembly and hardware testing.
• Strong background in requirements derivation and traceability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on national security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system integration and performance verification activities.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and documentation for precision hardware.
• Lead troubleshooting for system level failures with diverse engineering teams.
• Coordinate system performance modeling and architectural design.
• Develop Concepts of Operations and present materials during design reviews.
• Maintain detailed system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Support offsite testing events as required.
