Position Title: Systems Engineering Lead

Our client is a premier employee-owned technology firm specializing in sophisticated security solutions for national defense. They are currently seeking a highly technical Systems Engineer to join their Healdsburg team to focus on the development and testing of advanced electro-optical and mechanical stabilized systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system development. This includes breaking down complex requirements into specific hardware and software functions, performing trade studies, and conducting system performance analysis. You will serve as a bridge between development and production teams, ensuring that integration and testing activities successfully meet all project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee system integration and performance verification activities.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and documentation for precision hardware.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for system level failures alongside diverse engineering teams.
• Coordinate system performance modeling and architectural design.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is 120,000 to 165,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
