We are currently recruiting for a high level Systems Engineer to join a premier employee owned technology firm specializing in sophisticated national security solutions. This is a full time staff position based in Tucson, Arizona, focused on solving intricate defense challenges through innovative engineering and collaborative development.

The client is looking for a technical lead who can manage the entire systems lifecycle. You will be responsible for breaking down complex requirements into specific hardware and software functions, leading integration efforts, and overseeing rigorous testing to ensure all program goals are met. You will serve as a key technical liaison between development teams, leadership, and government customers to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Active eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance is essential.
• Proven experience in requirements derivation and traceability.
• Ability to develop detailed test procedures and oversee performance verification.
• Hands on expertise in system integration and documenting technical findings for stakeholders.

Preferred Technical Skills
