Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (level 05) to serve as Technical Lead and SEI Lead in Rancho Bernardo, CA, El Segundo, CA, or Palmdale, CA. This full-time, on-site role requires up to 10% travel and an active Top Secret clearance.

Primary duties include leading cross-functional teams, managing requirements and verification, and ensuring program technical baseline integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in STEM with extensive military/professional experience.
