Qualifications

• BS in engineering or STEM with 5+ years experience, or MS with 3+ years; 4 extra years accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret clearance to start; ability to obtain SAP clearance during employment.
• General knowledge of test equipment design and manufacturing.
• 1-year minimum as IPT Lead or equivalent with planning, cost & schedule management, team leadership, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to transition designs to production for high-visibility, time-critical programs.
• Interface with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and potentially external leadership on progress and status.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments and collaborative teams.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and clear written/verbal communication.
