Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in Information Technology with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT teams to support an organizational segment and implement IT strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop IT strategy and ensure staff alignment with business goals.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, budgets and project delivery.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to IT standards.
