Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users and business process leads to analyze problems and capture detailed requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to determine process requirements and system changes.
• Develop user stories, work plans and deliverables for CRM initiatives.
• Validate proposed solutions with IT, participate in testing and user-acceptance testing.
• Guide and consult with other analysts.
• Coordinate with training teams to ensure business readiness for change; help create training materials and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to key users.
