You will work with Project Managers andIT staff to configure, test, document and support systems that drive warehouse and order management efficiencies. The role emphasizes business analysis, testing, training, and customer service to enable operational excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting business systems, technology implementations, or operational applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to document requirements, use cases, and testing results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support system implementations, upgrades, and operational support for supply chain software.
• Assist project managers and IT managers with project execution and change management.
• Write functional specs, user guides, and technical documentation.
• Configure systems for integration, order management, and warehouse processes.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing with end users.
• Deliver user training and provide site support for distribution operations.
