GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an Analyst, Supply Chain Systems to support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational support across supply chain technology solutions. You will work closely with Project Managers, IT Managers, and end users to ensure systems are properly configured, tested, documented, and supported to meet business requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation, functional specs, or user guides.

Responsibilities

• Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational support.
• Assist with project management and change management activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and testing plans.
• Configure systems for integration, order management, and WMS/TMS processes.
• Conduct UAT, training, and end-user support across distribution operations.
