Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems to support the WMS information systems component, drive system configurations, and manage quality assurance in upgrades. You will work with clients, draft specs for enhancements, and coordinate testing under senior leadership.

A strong background in WMS, TMS, and SQL is required. You will collaborate with project teams to implement and support solutions, train users, and ensure data integrity across distribution and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) development and implementation.
• Experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems.
• Expertise in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Understanding of client/server, relational databases, web-based systems and object-oriented design.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development to analyze client requirements and customize solutions.
• Create proposals and present GXO capabilities to prospective clients.
• Support project managers during system implementations and upgrades; provide ongoing support.
• Develop implementation plans, configure systems, train users, and provide post-implementation support.
• Create functional specifications for system modifications and documentation.
• Perform data modeling and QA testing on system changes before release.
• Collaborate with end users for user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training to power users and provide site support at distributed centers.
• Resolve data-related issues with logistics information systems.
