Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems for 1st shift at our Georgia site. This onsite role supports WMS information systems, writes specs for enhancements, and coordinates QA testing under senior leadership. Expect collaboration with clients and a focus on system optimization.

The position requires 4+ years in WMS tech development, strong SQL, and experience with TMS and parcel systems. Onsite five days a week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of WMS tech development and implementation.
• Experience with web-based apps, WMS, TMS and small parcel systems.
• Expertise in supply chain disciplines: warehousing, transportation or distribution.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Understanding of client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development to analyze client requirements and customizations.
• Create proposals and cost estimates for prospects.
• Support project managers during system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop implementation plans and train users; provide post-implementation support.
• Create detailed functional specifications for modifications and enhancements.
• Perform QA testing on system changes before release to users.
• Conduct user acceptance testing with end users before field rollout.
• Deliver training to power users and provide site-level support.
