Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Blue Yonder WMS initiatives in the Dallas area. You will partner with Operations, IT leadership, security, and vendors to deliver new functionality and optimize warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Blue Yonder WMS, strong SQL/T-SQL skills, and experience with application security, integrations, and SaaS/cloud modernization, in a enterprise warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Blue Yonder WMS.
• Experience with Blue Yonder technical development.
• Strong understanding of application security concepts and user access management.
• Experience supporting enterprise warehouse operations.
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills.
• Experience with MOCA, MOCASQL, DDA Page Builder.
• Knowledge of ERP and WMS integrations.
• Experience with RF handheld devices and Zebra scanners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support Blue Yonder WMS.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Lead configuration across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, labor, and RF workflows.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and advise config vs customization.
• Support future cloud/SaaS initiatives and modernization.
• Provide Tier III functional and technical support for WMS users.
• Troubleshoot issues across warehouse operations, interfaces, and performance.
• Develop support documentation and training materials.
• Partner with business users to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and vendors; create specs and testing plans.
