Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace requirements management or related systems engineering functions.
Experience with DO-178C/DO-254 and ARP4754A in regulated environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, document, and organize requirements for system, software, and hardware.
Maintain traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and verification results.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and certification guidelines.
Support verification, validation, and audit readiness activities and change governance.
