Qualifications

• Knowledge of sushi preparation.
• Passion for creating unique, high-quality dishes with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

• 1 year experience as a sushi chef.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes from scratch following recipes to ensure consistency.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment.
• Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is aesthetically pleasing.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep workstation clean and organized.
