Qualifications

• Head Sushi Chef or Sous Chef preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all work cards.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various sushi techniques.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a diverse team.
• Hospitality-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to create consistently exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare all types of sushi including maki, nigiri and sashimi.
• Supervise, train, and ensure quality and portion control.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle complaints and educate about the menu.
• Plan and price menus; ensure profitability and kitchen efficiency.
• Monitor daily line checks and quality control; manage food costs.
