CoVolt Power seeks a senior Surveyor lead to manage field surveys for solar, BESS, and HV projects in Texas. You will supervise a survey team, collect data, prepare maps and legal descriptions, and ensure standards and regulations are met.

You will work with the Construction Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget, travel frequently, and mentor team members in field methods and equipment use.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills with survey equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Valid driver's license and frequent travel ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of surveyors in the field, ensuring resources and support to complete the job.
• Oversee the survey work, including data collection and preparation of maps, plans, and legal descriptions.
• Ensure that the survey work meets all standards and regulations.
• Interpret survey results and decide on survey methods and equipment.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain and update survey equipment and train the team.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager to keep the project on time and within budget.
