Job summary

CoVolt Power in Texas is seeking a senior Surveyor to lead field teams, oversee data collection, and produce maps and legal descriptions for large-scale projects. The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and hands-on expertise with survey equipment.

You will coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety standards in diverse field conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of surveyors in the field with resources and support.
• Oversee survey work, data collection, and preparation of maps/plans.
• Ensure survey work meets standards and regulations.
• Interpret survey results and advise on methods/equipment.
• Communicate with clients and provide progress updates.
• Maintain survey equipment and train the team.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to meet timeline and budget.
