CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC company, is seeking a Surveyor Lead to direct field survey teams and ensure accurate data collection for maps, plans, and legal descriptions. The role requires managing resources, maintaining standards, and coordinating with construction managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surveying, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with survey equipment and software.

Formación

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical skills with survey equipment and software.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

Lead a team of surveyors in the field with the resources and support to complete the job.
Oversee survey work, including data collection and preparation of maps and legal descriptions.
Ensure survey work meets all standards and regulations.
Interpret survey results and select methods and equipment.
Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
Maintain and update survey equipment and train the team.
Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
