Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC, seeks a Survey Lead to direct field survey teams for data collection, mapping, and regulatory compliance. You will interpret results, select methods and equipment, and coordinate with clients and the Construction Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in surveying, and travel readiness to site locations across North America. Excellent communication and field management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of surveyors in the field, ensuring resources and support.
• Oversee survey work, data collection, maps, plans and legal descriptions.
• Ensure survey work meets all standards and regulations.
• Interpret survey results and select methods and equipment.
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
• Maintain and update survey equipment and train the team.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to meet schedule and budget.
