Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Associate's degree or Certificate in Surgical Technology.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures promptly and accurately.
• Set up sterile field; ensure instruments, equipment and suture are ready.
• Scrub and run mayo/back table; keep supplies available.
• Mentor RNs and staff; adapt to surgeon preferences during cases.
• Be prepared for on-call hours outside scheduled shifts.
