Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead their team in daily duties.
• Assure quality service to all program participants.
• Provide supportive interaction with program participants and team members.
• Assess participants’ needs.
• Maintain safety and integrity of residents.
• Perform work duties as required.
• Conduct safety checks inside and outside of the facility.
• Coordinate daily routines such as bed assignments and showers.
• De-escalate crises and provide emergency assistance.
• Maintain daily reports and complete shift logs.
