Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team delivering evidence-based behavioral health services in a California setting. You will review cases, guide interventions, and ensure documentation meets agency standards to support quality care.

Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with leadership to manage risk, budgets, and staff training while maintaining a confidential, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required for consideration.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff, including reviewing cases and guiding therapeutic interventions.
• Support staff in managing client risk situations.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with agency timelines and requirements.
• Monitor service quality through case reviews, observation, and feedback.
• Support staff training and professional development to sustain high-quality care.
• Collaborate with program leadership on budgeting and resource allocation.
