Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Planner for its Sentry Planning team in Irvine to own the supply and production strategy for complex hardware assemblies. You will shape what to build, in what quantity, and how far ahead of demand signals to ensure achievable production commitments and ship dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Strong analytical capabilities with models to identify supply shortfalls.
• Proactive, responsible across functions with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools (Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willing to travel up to 10% and relocate to onsite Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Align throughput with actual demand plans with Demand Planning and PM partners.
• Own end-to-end supply and production plan for assigned assemblies and product lines.
• Set inventory strategy including safety stock, lead times, and weekly work orders.
• Sequence build schedule and allocate constrained material across programs.
• Protect annual planning commitments and customer ship dates; escalate risks.
• Drive recovery with cross-functional partners to expedite or re-source; coordinate with Eng.
• Report on supply and material health with recommended actions.
