Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Supply Planner to translate engineering changes into a practical supply plan that protects inventory and ensures the right revision is available at the right time.

You will own impact assessments for changes, collaborate with Engineering, Configuration Management, Procurement, and Operations on timing and lead times, and manage transition steps to keep production uninterrupted. This role requires 8+ years in planning in manufacturing and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply planning, materials planning, or configuration/change management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ECO/ECN/ECR processes and how they flow through BOMs, routings, and part masters.
• Experience with MRP/ERP and/or PLM systems (ION, SAP, Oracle, Windchill, Arena, or similar), including part revision control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to trace changes across multiple BOM levels.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning impact assessment for engineering changes affecting parts from initiation through full implementation.
• Partner with Engineering, Configuration Management, Procurement, and Operations on effectivity dates and transition timing.
• Communicate disposition of superseded/obsolete inventory and coordinate rework or returns to supplier.
• Review BOM structures and revision data in the MRP system to ensure parameters transfer across revisions.
